1. About these terms

This website is run by Stillbloom Studio, an independent publisher based in Israel ("we", "us"). By using it you agree to these terms. Children should use the website with a parent, guardian or teacher, who accepts these terms on their behalf.

2. Our content

The story "Shiver and the Summer Snow", the characters Shiver and Mira, the village of Puddleford, all illustrations, coloring pages, the cover, the 3D Shiver and the design of this website belong to Stillbloom Studio and are protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not expressly given in these terms are reserved.

3. What you may do

• Read the story and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Use the coloring corner and save pictures you color for your own use.
• Print the free page as often as you like for your family, a classroom or a library group, free of charge.
• Share photos of pages you colored with friends or on social media, without selling them. A mention of Shiver is always welcome.

4. What you may not do

• Sell, rent or license our pages, story or characters, or put them on products.
• Upload or share the coloring files, the free page or the 3D model on other websites or marketplaces.
• Use our content to train, fine-tune or test artificial intelligence models, or collect it with automated tools.
• Remove copyright notices or present our work as your own.
• Interfere with the website or misuse the contact form.

5. How the pictures are made

The illustrations are created by Stillbloom Studio with digital tools, including AI-assisted image generation, and are selected, edited and prepared for print by us. Colored pictures on the website are colored digitally; in the book, every page is black line art for children to color.

6. An original story

Shiver, Mira, Puddleford and Frostpeak Mountain are original to Stillbloom Studio. The book is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any other book, author, publisher, film or brand. Amazon is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

7. Buying the book

We do not sell anything on this website. When the book is released, it will be sold through Amazon, which handles the purchase, price, delivery and returns under its own terms. Release dates and formats may change.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The website, the coloring corner, the read-aloud feature and the free page are free and provided "as is". We work to keep them accurate and available but cannot promise they will always be error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Stillbloom Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the website. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about them, except where the law of your country lets you bring a claim where you live.
